Vic: 5,000 students to join Melbourne peace rally
MELBOURNE, Feb 14 AAP - More than 5,000 students are expected to walk out of schoolin Melbourne today to march in one of two anti-war rallies through the city's streets.
Student activists are urging students to leave school at lunch time and meet at FederationSquare at 2pm (AEDT).
The student rally will culminate at the State Library at 5pm, where they will be joinedby an expected 45,000 others protesting against possible war with Iraq.
Organisers expect the "Make Love Not War" rally, which coincides with a global weekendof action, to be the biggest display of anti-war sentiment …
