NSW: Four race officials to face manslaughter charges = 3

Both the Australian Racing Drivers Club (ARDC) and Confederation of Australian Motor
Sports today refused to comment on the summonses.

The ARDC denied at the time of the crash claims that it had breached safety requirements
during the fatal demonstration.

ARDC general manager Christopher Hones said it had fully adhered to the Confederation's
safety standards.

Mr Hones's office today issued a "no comment" over the matter.
